Liability: To indicate that carrying out the duties of the office outside of the established rules and regulations will result in liability;
Participatory: Believing that it is important to create a sense of ownership by involving the relevant parties in the preparation and implementation of the development plan;
Professionalism: It means that the management and the employee always strive to improve themselves in order to carry out the mission of the office with knowledge and skills.
